BEFORE YOU BEGIN Thank you for selecting the revolutionary EPIC™™ A17R exercise bike. Cycling is an effective exercise for increasing cardiovascular tness, building endurance, and toning the body. 8. Orient the Upright (4) and the Upright Sleeve (37) as shown. Slide the Upright Sleeve onto the 8 Upright. Have another person hold the Upright (4) and the Upright Sleeve (37) near the front of the Frame (1) as shown.
