Fuel Stabilizer STORAGE 1. Using a mixture of fuel and the recommended amount of VICTORY Premium Carbon Clean Plus or other gasoline stabilizer, fill the fuel tank only to the top of the filler insert. 2. Ride the motorcycle or start and run the engine for 15 minutes in a well ventilated area to pass the stabilized fuel through entire fuel-injection system. Engine Component Protection Change the engine oil (see page 82). You don't need to replace the oil filter at this time, but you must replace the oil filter when you remove the motorcycle from storage. Notice Carbon deposits, normally suspended in engine oil that is in service, settle on internal engine components during storage. Settled carbon deposits can cause engine damage. 143
