Maintenance Toe Alignment WARNING Severe injury or death can result from improper toe alignment and adjustment. Do not attempt to adjust tie rod alignment. All tie rod adjustments should be performed by an authorized Polaris dealer. Use the following procedure to check the toe alignment of the vehicle. The vehicle is designed for a neutral toe setting. 1. Position the vehicle on a level surface. 2. Place the handlebars in a straight-ahead position. Use tie straps to secure the handlebars to the rear grab bar so they can't move. 3. Place stands in front of the vehicle, perpendicular to the rear tires. See illustration. 162

Toe Alignment
Use the following procedure to check the toe alignment of the vehicle. The vehicle is
designed for a neutral toe setting.
1.
Position the vehicle on a level surface.
2.
Place the handlebars in a straight-ahead position. Use tie straps to secure the handlebars
to the rear grab bar so they can't move.
3.
Place stands in front of the vehicle, perpendicular to the rear tires. See illustration.
