32 GENERAL INFORMATION j NOTICE Do not connect more than a 60 W load to the auxiliary electrical accessory terminals or the battery may become discharged. Always install a fuse rated 5 A or less in the auxiliary electric accessory circuit. The ATV has one fuse (30 A) to protect the electrical system. If this fuse fails, the ignition will not function. Multifunction Meter The meter display face features an "LCD" (Liquid Crystal Display) for the speedometer, coolant temperature warning symbol, clock, 4WD/2WD indicator light, fuel level gauge, and odometer/trip meter/hour meter, while an "LED" (Light Emitting Diode) is used for the belt indicator light, oil pressure symbol, neutral indicator light and reverse indicator light. Pushing the "MODE" button shifts the display in the odometer/trip meter/hour meter through the four modes; odometer, trip meter A and B, and hour meter. When the ignition switch is turned on, all the "LCD" segments are displayed for one second, then the clock and meters operate normally depending on the mode selected.
