42 GENERAL INFORMATION OFF ON LOCK Engine off. All electrical circuits off. Engine on. All electrical equipment can be used. Steering locked. Engine off. All electrical circuits off. the engine immediately after turning the ignition key to "ON". żIf you leave the P (Park) position on for a long time (one hour), the battery may become totally discharged. Steering locked. Engine off. Tail and license plate lights on. P (Park) All other electrical circuits cut off. żThe tail, city and license plate lights NOTE are on whenever the ignition key is in the ON position. One headlight goes on when the starter button is released after starting the engine. To avoid battery discharge, always start

NOTE

The tail, city and license plate lights
are on whenever the ignition key is
in the ON position.
One headlight
goes on when the starter button is
released after starting the engine. To
avoid battery discharge, always start
the engine immediately after turning
the ignition key to “ON”.
