152 MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT Compression Damping Force Adjustment The compression damping force adjuster is located on the gas reservoir at the upper end of the rear shock absorber. The compression damping adjuster has both high and low speed compression damping adjusters. to decrease high speed compression damping. • Low Speed Compression Damping Adjustment Turn the low speed compression adjuster screw clockwise to increase low speed damping. Turn the adjuster screw counterclockwise to decrease low speed compression damping. High Speed Compression Damping Adjustment Turn the outer screw clockwise to increase high speed compression damping. Turn the screw counterclockwise A. High Speed Adjuster B.
