Starting the engine Warning Before starting the engine, become familiar with the controls you will need to use when riding (see page 10). 1) Move ignition switch to ON (fig. 36). Check that the green pilot light N (8, fig. 5) and the red one (7, fig. 5), on the instrument panel are on. Important The oil pressure light should go out a few seconds after the engine has started (page 13). Note It is possible to start the engine with side stand down and the gearbox in neutral. Starting the engine
Warning

Important

Note
