Use printer menus 288 Menu item Description Require All Jobs to be Held Set the printer to hold all print jobs. Off* On Keep duplicate documents Set the printer to keep all documents with the same file name. Off* On Note: An asterisk (*) next to a value indicates the factory default setting. Disk Encryption Note: This menu appears only when a hard disk or an intelligent storage drive is installed. Menu item Hard Disk Intelligent Storage Drive Description Show the encryption status of the hard disk. Show the encryption status of the intelligent storage drive (ISD). Note: The ISD is automatically disabled when a hard disk is installed. Erase Temporary Data Files Menu item Description Stored in onboard memory Off* On Delete all files stored on the printer memory. Stored on hard disk 1 Pass Erase* 3 Pass Erase 7 Pass Erase Delete all files stored on the printer hard disk. Note: This menu item appears only when a printer hard disk is installed. Note: An asterisk (*) next to a value indicates the factory default setting. Solutions LDAP Settings Menu item Follow LDAP Referrals Off* On LDAP Certificate Verification Yes No* Description Search the different servers in the domain for the logged-in user account. Enable verification of LDAP certificates.
