The update process was interrupted (e.g. loss of electricity) and the update could not be completed. Check your network router for the current IP address of the musicbox Air 3 and enter this into the browser's address bar in order to continue with the update process. Repeat the procedure as before until it can be completed. Leave the musicbox Air 3 connected to the mains for at least 30 minutes.
