The operating system (firmware) installed on your Apple device is earlier than iOS Version 4.3.3. 2. U pdate the device firmware. Note: a compatible firmware version is not available for iPod touch (1st and 2nd generation) and iPhone 3G. The media player on your device does not support the playback via DLNA. Use another media player on your Smartphone or install the free App "iMediaShare Lite" (Version 4.4 or later) in order to playback music. 1. A firewall or other security software on your computer is prohibiting the data transmission. 1.
