Problems The musicbox Air 3 is not displayed in the router or your router is not displayed in the web interface of the musicbox Air 3 or no connection can be established. Possible causes 1. The distance between the network router and musicbox Air 3 is too high. 2. You are operating your WLAN router at 5Ghz instead of 2.4 Ghz. 3. The musicbox Air 3 had a "system crash". No connection between router and musicbox Air 3. 1. The WPS button on your router must be held and not just pressed (depends on your network router). 2. Time out (for approximately two minutes the musicbox Air 3 is in WP SETUP Mode). Solutions 1. R educe the distance between your router and the musicbox Air 3. 2. P lease set your router to the operating frequency of 2.4 GHz. If required, consult the router's operating instructions. 3.1 Reboot the musicbox Air 3 by switching it off and on again using the POWER button. 3.2 If required, reset the musicbox Air 3. Press and hold the RESET button on the back until the LED ring blinks quickly green (2x per second). 1. First press the WP SETUP button at the musicbox Air 3 until the LED ring is blinking alternating green and blue. Thereafter, press and hold the WPS ­button on your router for the duration of the registration process. 2. P ress the WPS button on your router within one minute after starting the WP SETUP Mode. 35

router and the musicbox Air 3.
2. You are operating your WLAN router
at 5Ghz instead of 2.4 Ghz.
2. Please set your router to the operating
frequency of 2.4 GHz. If required, con-
sult the router’s operating instructions.
3. The musicbox Air 3 had a “system
crash”.
3.1 Reboot the musicbox Air 3 by switch-
ing it off and on again using the
POWER button.
3.2 If required, reset the musicbox Air 3.
Press and hold the RESET button on
the back until the LED ring blinks
quickly green (2x per second).
