(See page 49 for removal procedures.) Remove the headlight unit bolt on each side of the snowmobile. Remove the plastic band, and then disconnect the headlight unit couplers. 2. 2 1 1 1. 1.
Remove the shroud, the left and right
side covers, and the top cover. (See page

2.
Remove the headlight unit bolt on each
side of the snowmobile.
3.
Unhook the headlight unit as shown, then
lift it up and move it forward.
NOTICE:
Be
careful not to scratch the snowmobile
when moving the headlight unit.
