MAINTENANCE General Maintenance Mechanical Brake Lever Travel WARNING Improper brake adjustment could result in brake failure and lead to serious injury or death. See your dealer for brake service. Frequently inspect the brake lever reserve. Firmly depress the brake lever and measure the clearance between the lever and the brake block. This distance, brake lever reserve (A), should be no more than 3/4″ (1.9 cm). If brake lever reserve exceeds this amount, see your dealer for service. A 128
