HOW TO USE THIS MANUAL Vehicle Identification Numbers Please record your snowmobile identification numbers below for future reference: Tunnel VIN (lower right side of the tunnel) Engine Serial Number (right front side of engine crankcase) Remove the spare key and store it in a safe place. Your key can be duplicated only by obtaining a key blank from Polaris and mating it with your existing key. The VIN and engine serial numbers are necessary for model identification when registering your vehicle and obtaining insurance, or when replacement parts are required.
