162 Collation Chapter 4 - Basic Workflows ¾ Select the Collation option: ˆ Yes: prints a complete copy of the job before the first page of the next copy is printed ˆ No: prints all copies of each page before going on to the next page For example, if you have a 20 page job and want to print 10 copies, if you select Yes, all 20 pages will be printed before the next copy of the job is printed. If you select No, 10 copies of page one will be printed, and then 10 copies of page two will print, and so on.
