Chapter 3 - Extended Commands Control Character Sequence 1 The first control character sequence is: ^9f#F8N810000099000000bb05BARFONT ON:BARFONT "Swiss 721 BT":PRPOS 10, 10: PRBOX 430,340,15=0d=0a#^9c Fingerprint Command Descriptions Characters Description BARFONT ON Tells the printer that the bar code data to be printed should include a line of human-readable text. BARFONT "Swiss 721 BT" Sets the human-readable text font to Swiss 721 BT. PRPOS 10, 10 PRBOX 430,340,15 Sets the printhead starting position. Creates a box, specifying the height and width (relative to the starting position), and the line thickness (15 dots in this example). Control Character Sequence 2 The second control character sequence is: ^9f#F8N810000099000000bb05PRPOS 30,30:PRIMAGE "GLOBE.1" =0d=0a#^9c Fingerprint Command Descriptions Characters Description PRPOS 30, 30 Sets the printhead starting position for the next part of the label. PRIMAGE "GLOBE.1" Tells the printer to print the image "GLOBE.1" at the specified starting position. "GLOBE.1" is pre-loaded on Fingerprint printers. Control Character Sequence 3 The third control character sequence is: ^9f#F8N810000099000000bb05PRPOS 75,270:BARTYPE "CODE39":PRBAR "ABC"=0d=0a#^9c Fingerprint Command Descriptions Characters Description PRPOS 75,270 Sets the printhead starting position for the next part of the label. BARTYPE "CODE39" Sets the bar code font to Code 39. PRBAR "ABC" Tells the printer to print the bar code, in bar code font Code 39, with the data ABC.
