Install the V-belt over the primary sheave assembly. 11. Rotate the secondary sliding sheave clockwise and push it so that it separates from the secondary fixed sheave. Tighten the V-belt position adjusting
bolts.
10.
Install the V-belt over the primary sheave
assembly.
11. Rotate the secondary sliding sheave
clockwise and push it so that it separates
from the secondary fixed sheave.
12.
Install the V-belt between the secondary
sliding and fixed sheaves.
13.
Place the left lower cover in the original
position, and then install the screws and
the
bolts.

Install the drive guard, and then install the

Drive chain housing
To check the drive chain housing oil
level
1.
Place the snowmobile on a level surface

2.
Remove the shroud and the right side
cover (RS90P / RS90PLT / RST90PGT),
or open the shroud (RST90). [See page

3.
Remove the dipstick, wipe it off with a
clean rag, and then insert it back into the
filler hole.
