ESU00101 SKI/SKI RUNNER Check wear and damage. Replace if necessary. Ski runner wear limit 1: 8 mm (0.31 in) 819-037 ESU00103 819-003 STEERING SYSTEM 1. Check the following for excessive free play: 1) Push the handlebar up and down and back and forth. 2) Turn the handlebar slightly to the right and left. 2. If excessive free play is noticed, consult a Yamaha dealer. ESU00104 LIGHTS Check the lights. Replace any burned out bulbs. ESU00106 BATTERY (See page 8-24 for more details.) Check the fluid level and top-up if necessary. Use only distilled water if refilling is necessary. 830-007 ESU00110 FITTINGS/FASTENERS Check the tightness of fittings/fasteners. Tighten in proper sequence and torque if necessary. 6-6
