Main maintenance operations Changing the air filter Have the air filter maintenance performed at a Ducati Dealer or Authorized Service Center. The levels should not fall below the MIN marks on the respective reservoirs. If level drops below the limit, air might get into the circuit and affect the operation of the system involved. Fluids must be topped up and changed at the intervals specified in the scheduled maintenance table reported in the Warranty Booklet; please contact a Ducati Dealer or authorized Service Center. CLUTCH SYSTEM If the control lever has too much play and the transmission snatches or jams as you try to engage a gear, there is air in the circuit. Contact your Ducati Dealer or authorized Service Center to have the system inspected and air bled out. Important Checking brake and clutch fluid level Clutch fluid level will increase as clutch plate friction material wears down. Do not exceed the specified level (3 mm above the minimum level). BRAKE SYSTEM If you note too much play on brake lever or pedal and brake pads are still in good condition, contact your Ducati Dealer or Authorized Service Center to have the system inspected and any air bled out of the circuit. Changing the air filter
Important
Have the air filter maintenance performed at a
Ducati Dealer or Authorized Service Center.
Checking brake and clutch fluid level
The levels should not fall below the MIN marks on the
respective reservoirs.
If level drops below the limit, air might get into the
circuit and affect the operation of the system
involved.

Important
All brake and clutch lines should be changed
every four years.
