Large Image Counter, Print Job Control, Enable, Disable

11. Tracking Usage Large Image Counter This option allows the system to count single output sheets larger than 15 inches such as 11 x 17 or 12 x 18 inches as more than one sheet. This feature will require machine users to spend more credits when using large output sheets. The meter will register double meter counts when large paper is detected. When the Large Image Counter button is pressed, another screen will appear displaying Enable and Disable buttons. When the feature is disabled the system will register single meter counts on all output regardless of sheet size. Print Job Control This option allows you to hold all print jobs entering the system requiring users to enter the correct amount of credit before the job is released for printing. Held jobs must be released manually by the user after the correct credits have been added to the printing control device. When you press the Print Job Control button another screen will appear displaying Enable and Disable buttons. If this option is disabled, the system will print all incoming print jobs.
