Network Scanning If your Document Centre is equipped with the Network Scanning option you will be able to create an electronic file from a hard copy original. The electronic file can be filed, faxed, or distributed through e-mail. The scanned document is converted to either a single page or multi-page digital document and stored electronically. The graphic representations of the touch screens in this chapter are based on a fully configured Document Centre and the appearance of these interface screens may differ slightly on other models or configurations.
