SETTING MODE►SYSTEM SETTINGS Disabling of Tray Settings This setting is used to prohibit tray settings (except for the bypass tray). Factory default settings: Disable Disabling of Finisher This setting is used to prohibit the use of finisher or saddle finisher, such as when it malfunctions. Factory default settings: Disable Disabling of Folding Unit It is used when the use of the paper folding unit is prohibited or when it breaks down. Factory default settings: Disable Status Indicator Setting Information Indicator Setting Set the operation of the information indicator. For each setting, see the following "INFORMATION INDICATOR (page 1-8)". Factory default settings: Pattern 1 Data Indicator Setting • Information Indicator will blink if data is received Set whether to blink the information lamp when there is received fax data. Factory default settings: Enable • Prioritize the indicator display of received data over the error indicator display If there is received fax data, give priority to lighting the error display. Factory default settings: Disable Error Light Setting Sets the operation of the error lamp. For each setting, see the following "INFORMATION INDICATOR (page 1-8)". Factory default settings: Light & Blink Use Communication Indicator Set whether to use the information lamp. Even if this setting is disabled, faxes will be received and errors will be lit / blinked. Factory default settings: Enable Document Feeder Indicator Setting (BP-70M31/BP-70M36/BP-70M45/BP-70M55/BP-70M65) Use Original Detection Light for Document Feeder Set whether to use the document set lamp on the automatic document feeder. Factory default settings: Enable Use Preventive Light to Indicate Original Left Behind Set whether to use the document removal prevention lamp on the automatic document feeder. Factory default settings: Enable Machine Identification Settings Enter a name or code to identify the machine. 9-144
