Debugging the Platform

To access the Platform via Telnet 1 On your desktop PC, open Telnet. 2 In the Telnet window, type: open xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx yyyyy where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of the IF61, and yyyyy is the console port for the Platform (default is 65501). 3 Press Enter. The console prompt (osgi>) appears. 4 To see a list of the available commands, at the console prompt type help and press Enter. A list of the supported commands appears. Debugging the Platform If you need to troubleshoot the Platform installation, you can launch or reset the Platform from a Telnet session to the IF61 Linux shell. When you launch the Platform this way, logging is displayed to the Telnet session. Note: Logging is not present on the console port when the Platform is launched from the web browser interface.
