If you want your changes to be made active immediately, you need to relaunch the Platform as described in "Starting and Managing the Platform" on page 7. Editing the Configuration File 1 In the IF61 web browser interface, choose Edgeware Applications > IBM Data Capture and Delivery Platform > Edit Config.ini. The Edit Config.ini screen appears. The contents of the config.ini file appear in a text editor window. 2 Click in the text editor window to make changes to the config.ini file as necessary. For more information, see the IBM WebSphere documentation. 3 Click Activate Changes. Your changes are saved and will be made active the next time the Platform launches. Accessing the Platform via Telnet You can directly access the Platform via a Telnet connection to view the status of the OSGI environment, and to send commands directly to the Platform.
