Editing the Configuration File, Accessing the Platform via Telnet

If you want your changes to be made active immediately, you need to relaunch the Platform as described in "Starting and Managing the Platform" on page 7. Editing the Configuration File 1 In the IF61 web browser interface, choose Edgeware Applications > IBM Data Capture and Delivery Platform > Edit Config.ini. The Edit Config.ini screen appears. The contents of the config.ini file appear in a text editor window. 2 Click in the text editor window to make changes to the config.ini file as necessary. For more information, see the IBM WebSphere documentation. 3 Click Activate Changes. Your changes are saved and will be made active the next time the Platform launches.
