Chapter 2 Sample Program Environment Settings A flow for configuring the environment settings for the sample program is shown as follows: 1. Router Settings Configure the settings such as SSID, IP address, DHCP, and allocated IP address. For details, refer to the manual for the device you are using. 2. Network Setting of ePOS-Print Supported printer Configure the network settings such as the IP address of the TM printer. Configuration is done from a Web browser. For details, refer to the Technical Reference Guide for the printer. 3. Network settings for the printer to be controlled Configure the network settings such as the IP address of the printer to be controlled if the network printer is controlled from the ePOS-Print Supported Printer. Configure these settings by using the network setting utility. For details, refer to the detailed instruction manual for the printer (these settings are not required in this sample program). 4. Terminal settings Configure the wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) settings of the terminal to match the router settings so as to enable network connection. For details, refer to the manual for the device you are using. 5. ePOS-Print Settings (p.26) Configure the ePOS-Print for the TM printer with the ePOS-Print available. Configuration is done from a Web browser. 6. Editing the Sample Program (p.28) Write the IP address of ePOS-Print supported TM printer in the source code of the sample program using an editor program. 7.
