Before you begin, make sure paper is loaded in the product. 1. Select the Menu icon. 2. Select General Settings > Network Settings > Network Status. 3. Select Print Status Sheet > Print. Examine the settings shown on the network status sheet to diagnose any problems you have. Select the Menu icon. 2. Select General Settings > Network Settings. 3. Select Connection Check. 4. Select Yes. Examine the error codes and solutions shown on the network connection report.
