Depending on the paper, if Quick Cut on the control panel is set to On, the paper may not be cut cleanly. This is normal. Parent topic: Solving Printer Problems Product Stops Printing Unexpectedly If your product stops printing unexpectedly, try these solutions: • Make sure the power cable is securely connected. • Check the messages on the control panel. If an error has occurred, follow the instructions on the screen to clear the error. • If an error occurs during printing, the print queue enters Pause status and stops printing. Do one of the following to check the status of the print queue: • In Windows, double-click the printer icon in the Devices and Printers, Printers, or Printers and Faxes folder; if printing is paused, open the Printer menu and clear the Pause check box. • On a Mac, select System Preferences > Printers & Scanners or Print & Fax > Open Print Queue. Double-click the icon for any printer that is Paused and click Resume Printer. 206
