ESU00521 Drive guard The drive guard is designed to cover the V-belt clutch and V-belt in case parts break or come loose. WARNING @ G G @ Make sure that the drive guard is tightened securely before operating the snowmobile. Never run the engine with the V-belt or drive guard removed. ESU04080 Carburetor coolant shut-off lever The carburetor coolant shut-off lever controls the flow of coolant through the carburetor. Make sure that the lever is in the "ON" position to allow the coolant to flow and warm the carburetor while the ambient temperature is below 0 °C (32 °F). 1 Carburetor coolant shut-off lever 2 "ON" (open) 3 "OFF" (closed) CAUTION: @ When operating the snowmobile in temperatures above 0 °C (32 °F), move the carburetor coolant shutoff lever to the "OFF" position to stop the flow of coolant, since the carburetor does not need to be warmed. @ 5-12
