TROUBLESHOOTING WARNING! Instructions are necessary before operating or servicing machine. Read and understand the Owner's Manual, Operator's Handbook and signs (decals) on machine. Follow warnings and instructions in the manuals when making repairs, adjustments or service. Check for correct function after adjustments, repairs or service. Untrained operators and failure to follow instructions can cause injury or death. Chart PROBLEM Snow blade does not mount properly on the front mount frame. CAUSE Attachment pin holes have debris in them. Snow, ice or other debris lodged between the front mount frame and the snow blade. Worn or damaged parts. Cannot change angle of snow blade. Snow blade is hard to control. No hydraulic flow. Cylinder shear bolt broken. Skid shoes worn. Worn pins. Too much down pressure on the blade. Uneven cutting edge wear. Turn buckle not properly adjusted. CORRECTION Remove debris from the pin holes. Remove debris from between front mount frame and snow blade. Replace worn or damaged parts. Check quick coupler connections. Check for damaged hose ends and fittings. Replace shear bolt. Replace skid shoes. Replace pins. Lift to the proper height. Adjust as required. 29
