OPERATION Removal Removing The Snow Blade Tip: In muddy conditions or to prevent the attachment from freezing to the ground, put the attachment on planks or blocks before removing the attachment from the machine. WARNING! AVOID INJURY OR DEATH Before leaving the operator seat: • Park on flat level ground. • Lower the attachment arm, put the attachment flat on the ground. • Press the brake and put the gear selector lever in PARK. • Stop the engine and remove the key. SEE THE BRUTUS OWNER'S MANUAL FOR MORE INFORMATION. 1 1. Always park on flat level ground. Fully lower the attachment arm and put the attachment flat on the ground. 2. Stop the engine. 3. Release auxiliary hydraulic pressure. See the BRUTUS owner's manual for the correct procedure. 4. Exit the utility vehicle. See page 16. 5. Disconnect the auxiliary hydraulic couplers. See page 19. 6. Remove the retaining pins (Item 1) (both sides). 7. Remove the pins (Item 2) (both sides). 8. Install the two pins (Item 3) and retaining pins (Item 4) in the storage location on the mounting frame. 2 3 4 3 4 24

Removal
Removing The Snow Blade
Tip:
In muddy conditions or to prevent the attachment from freezing to the ground, put the attachment on planks or blocks before removing
the attachment from the machine.
WARNING!
AVOID INJURY OR DEATH
Before leaving the operator seat:
Park on flat level ground
.
Lower the attachment arm, put the attachment flat on the ground
.
Press the brake and put the gear selector lever in PARK
.
Stop the engine and remove the key
.

1.
Always park on flat level ground. Fully lower the attachment
arm and put the attachment flat on the ground.
2.
Stop the engine.
3.
Release auxiliary hydraulic pressure. See the BRUTUS
owner’s manual for the correct procedure.
4.
Exit the utility vehicle. See page 16.
5.
Disconnect the auxiliary hydraulic couplers. See page 19.
6.
Remove the retaining pins (Item 1) (both sides).
7.
Remove the pins (Item 2) (both sides).
8.
Install the two pins (Item 3) and retaining pins (Item 4) in the
storage location on the mounting frame.
