MAINTENANCE Tires Front Wheel Hub Tightening Front wheel bearing tightness and spindle nut retention are critical component operations. Tires
Front Wheel Hub Tightening
Front wheel bearing tightness and spindle nut retention are critical com-
ponent operations. All service must be performed by your authorized
Polaris dealer.
Wheel Removal
1.
Stop the engine.
2.
Place the transmission in PARK.
3.
Lock the parking brake.
4.
Loosen the wheel nuts slightly.
WARNING!
Do not service axle nuts that have a cotter pin installed. See your
Polaris dealer.
5.
Elevate the side of the vehicle by placing a suitable stand under the
footrest frame.
6.
Remove the wheel nuts.
7.
Remove the wheel.
