4. Remove the battery. 5. Remove the display assembly. 6. Remove the display bezel. 7. Remove the hinge caps. 8. Remove the display hinges. Steps 1. Remove the two (M2x2) screws that secure the display panel to the display assembly [1] and lift to turn over the display panel to access the display cable [2]. 2. Peel the conductive tape [1] on the display cable connector. 3. Lift the latch and disconnect the display cable from the connector on the display panel [2, 3]. Steps
1.
Remove the two (M2x2) screws that secure the display panel to the display assembly [1] and lift to turn over the display
panel to access the display cable [2].

Peel the conductive tape [1] on the display cable connector.
3.
Lift the latch and disconnect the display cable from the connector on the display panel [2, 3].
NOTE:
Do not pull and release the Stretch (SR) Tapes from the display panel. There is no need to separate the brackets
from the display panel.
