Empty the funnel with the help of the spatula on the cleaning brush provided , as described in the section "Cleaning the pre-ground coffee funnel". You should ideally use skim or 2% milk at refrigerator temperature (about 41°F / 5°C). If the result is not as you wished, try changing brand of milk.
