Connections • The software works with one monitor only. Do not connect with more than one monitor. • Connect the printer to the computer as instructed by the printer's user guide. Make sure the printer's driver is properly installed. • Internet connection is required to download the Paper Color Sync software. Click the Paper Color Sync software file just downloaded from the BenQ website as instructed in Connections on page 5 and follow the on-screen instructions to install. Restart the computer to complete the installation. 2. The software is launched automatically. It can be accessed through the Start menu as well. The software supports several languages, though you cannot change the setting from the software. It follows the operating system language setting. English is used if the selected display language is not supported by the software. 5
