Squeeze the brake lever towards the handlebar grip to stop the snowmobile. 1. Parking brake lever To release the parking brake, move the parking brake lever to the right. 1. Brake lever ESU10592 Shift lever The shift lever is used to put the snowmobile into forward or reverse. After coming to a complete stop, pull the shift lever out, slide it to "FWD" or to "REV" until it stops, and then release it. TIP When the brake lever is operated, the brake light will illuminate. ECS00060 NOTICE Make sure that the brake lever end does not project out over the handlebar end. This will help prevent brake lever damage when the snowmobile is placed on its side for service.
