[ECS00732] TIP When removing the connector, the sound of air escaping may be heard, but this is from the pump hose, not the shock absorber. 7. Install the air valve cap. To allow only a small amount of pressure to escape, push the button all the way down and quickly release it. 6. Remove the hose connector from the air valve. Compression damping force The compression damping force of each shock absorber can be adjusted by turning its compression damping force adjusting knob. TIP

The compression damping force of each
shock absorber can be adjusted by turning its
compression damping force adjusting knob.
To increase the compression damping force,
turn the adjusting knob in direction (a). To de-
crease the compression damping force, turn
the adjusting knob in direction (b).
