ESU03761 Tool kit The owner's tool kit has the tools which are sufficient for most periodic maintenance and minor repairs. A torque wrench is also necessary to properly tighten nuts and bolts. 1 Tool kit CAUTION: @ Before starting the engine, make sure that the tool kit is properly seated in its holder and is securely fastened. @ NOTE: @ If you do not have a torque wrench available during a service operation requiring one, take your snowmobile to a Yamaha dealer to check the torque settings and adjust them if necessary. @ ESU04502 Removing and installing the shroud and covers Shroud To remove the shroud Turn the fasteners counterclockwise, slowly raise the shroud, and then unhook the shroud from the shroud stay. 1 Fastener 2 Shroud To install the shroud Hook the end of the shroud onto the shroud stay, slowly lower it to its original position, and then turn the fasteners clockwise. 1 Shroud stay 8-5

To remove the shroud
