Lift the rear edge of the floor in the trunk. 2. Unscrew the retaining nut holding the spare tire in place and lift the spare tire out. 3. Loosen the retaining clamp to release the jack and lug wrench. 2. Fold the crank and place it and the lug wrench on the jack. 3. Tighten the jack's retaining clamp in the right hole (4) in the storage compartment. Anchor the spare tire in the left hole (5) and tighten the retaining nut. Crank
The spare tire, jack, and crank are located in a
storage compartment under the floor of the
trunk.
Taking out the spare tire
1.
Lift the rear edge of the floor in the trunk.
2.
Unscrew the retaining nut holding the
spare tire in place and lift the spare tire out.
3.
Loosen the retaining clamp to release the
jack and lug wrench.
Returning the jack, tools and spare tire
to the storage compartment
1.
Crank down the jack halfway so that it fits
under the spare wheel rim.
2.
Fold the crank and place it and the lug
wrench on the jack.
3.
Tighten the jack's retaining clamp in the
right hole (4) in the storage compartment.
Anchor the spare tire in the left hole (5) and
tighten the retaining nut.
