Stop the vehicle on a level surface. Turn the engine off. Engage the park brake. Remove the ignition switch key to prevent unauthorized use. WARNING Gasoline is extremely flammable and can be explosive under certain conditions. When parking inside a garage or other structure, be sure that the structure is well ventilated and that the vehicle is not close to any source of flame or sparks, including any appliance with pilot lights. 49
