Driving Safely Driving in Reverse OPERATION Follow these guidelines when operating in reverse: 1. Back slowly. 2. Apply the brakes lightly for stopping. 3. Avoid turning at sharp angles. 4. Always avoid backing downhill. 5. Never open the throttle suddenly while backing. 6. Always inspect left and right fields of vision before backing. WARNING Failure to use caution when operating in reverse can result in serious injury or death.
