Starting the Engine WARNING Engine exhaust contains poisonous carbon monoxide and can cause loss of consciousness resulting in severe injury or death. Never run an engine in an enclosed area. CAUTION Operating the ATV immediately after starting could cause engine damage. Allow the engine to warm up for several minutes before operating. 1. Set the parking brake and turn the fuel tank valve to ON. 2. Sit on the vehicle and attach the tether strap to the ATV and to your right wrist. 96
