Maintenance Axle and Wheel Nut Torque Specifications Check the following nuts occasionally and when they've been loosened for maintenance. Specification Front Spindle Nuts Rear Spindle Nuts 42-45 ft. lbs. (57-61 Nm) 78-81 ft. lbs. (106-110 Nm) NOTE: All nuts with a cotter pin installed must be serviced by an authorized Polaris dealer. Front Wheel Hub Tightening Front wheel bearing tightness and spindle nut retention are critical component operations. All service must be performed by your authorized Polaris dealer. 138

Axle and Wheel Nut Torque Specifications
Check the following nuts occasionally and when they’ve been loosened for maintenance.
Specification
Front Spindle Nuts
42-45 ft. lbs. (57-61 Nm)
Rear Spindle Nuts
78-81 ft. lbs. (106-110 Nm)
NOTE:
