Help Guide Wireless Speaker SRS-RA5000 Unable to pair the speaker with a BLUETOOTH device Bring the BLUETOOTH device to your wireless speaker closer than 1 m (3.3 feet). You may have initialized your wireless speaker. Initializing the speaker may cause the speaker to fail to establish a BLUETOOTH connection with a BLUETOOTH device. In such a case, delete the pairing information of the speaker from the BLUETOOTH device and perform the pairing procedure once again. When the network settings of the BLUETOOTH device are reset, the speaker may fail to establish a BLUETOOTH connection with the BLUETOOTH device. Perform the pairing procedure once again. Update the software on the connected BLUETOOTH device. When the speaker's name is not displayed on the BLUETOOTH device subject for pairing, try the following: Turn off the BLUETOOTH function on the BLUETOOTH device, turn it back on, and then search for the speaker's name. Delete the pairing information from the BLUETOOTH device, turn off and on the BLUETOOTH device, and then search for the speaker's name once again. If [ ] appears next the speaker's name on the BLUETOOTH device subject for pairing, turn off and on the BLUETOOTH device, and then search for the speaker. If two names appear as the speaker's name on the BLUETOOTH device subject for pairing, tap [ ] to establish a BLUETOOTH connection. Unable to pair the speaker with a BLUETOOTH device
Bring the BLUETOOTH device to your wireless speaker closer than 1 m (3.3 feet).
You may have initialized your wireless speaker. Initializing the speaker may cause the speaker to fail to establish a
BLUETOOTH connection with a BLUETOOTH device. In such a case, delete the pairing information of the speaker
from the BLUETOOTH device and perform the pairing procedure once again.
When the network settings of the BLUETOOTH device are reset, the speaker may fail to establish a BLUETOOTH
connection with the BLUETOOTH device. Perform the pairing procedure once again.
Update the software on the connected BLUETOOTH device.
When the speaker's name is not displayed on the BLUETOOTH device subject for pairing, try the following:

name.
