a8: Limit AF-Area Mode Selection G button ➜ A (Custom Settings menu) Choose the options that can be selected by rotating the sub-command dial when AF-area mode is assigned to the i menu or a camera control. Highlight the desired modes and press 2 to select or deselect. Press J to save changes when settings are complete. a9: Focus Point Wrap-Around G button ➜ A (Custom Settings menu) Choose whether focus-point selection "wraps around" from one edge of the display to another. If Wrap is selected, focus-point selection will "wrap around" from top to bottom, bottom to top, right to left, and left to right, so that, for example, pressing the sub-selector right when a focus point at the right edge of the display is highlighted selects the corresponding focus point at the left edge of the display. a10: Focus Point Options G button ➜ A (Custom Settings menu) Choose from the following focus point display options: • Manual focus mode: Choose On to display the active focus point in manual focus mode, Off to display the focus point only during focus point selection. • Dynamic-area AF assist: If On is selected, both the selected focus point and the surrounding focus points will be displayed in dynamic-area AF mode. Choose Off to display only the selected focus point. Menu Guide > A Custom Settings 257
