The definition depends on the P-VOL and S-VOL specification method: • When volumes are specified by the device number Volumes with consecutive device numbers are defined as a copy pair. • When volumes are specified by the storage system serial, CU, and CCA numbers Volumes with consecutive CU and CCA numbers are defined as a copy pair. You must specify 1 even if you do not define copy pairs repeatedly.
