Align the screw holes on the battery with the screw holes on the palm rest and keyboard assembly. 2. Replace the four screws (M2x3) that secure the battery to the palm rest and keyboard assembly. 3. Slide the hard-drive cable into the connector on the system board and close the latch to secure the cable. 4. Adhere the tape that secures the hard-drive cable to the battery. 5. Procedure
1.
Align the screw holes on the battery with the screw holes on the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
2.
Replace the four screws (M2x3) that secure the battery to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
3.
Slide the hard-drive cable into the connector on the system board and close the latch to secure the cable.
4.
Adhere the tape that secures the hard-drive cable to the battery.
5.
Connect the battery cable to the system board.
