Section 2 - Installation Enabling the Directory You can determine if the directory is available, or not, to external callers. Note: When you add or edit a user of the phone system, you can also specify that the user's name and extension number are available, or not, in the directory. To enable the directory: 1. Click the Call Routing button. 2. In the Tasks panel, click Configure Automated Receptionist Properties. 3. In the Automated Receptionist Properties dialog box, select the Callers can ask for a directory of users and their extension numbers check box. 4. Click OK. D-Link DVX-2000MS User Manual 86

You can determine if the directory is available, or not, to external callers.
Note:
When you add or edit a user of the phone system, you can also specify that the user’s name and extension
number are available, or not, in the directory.
To enable the directory:
1. Click the
Call Routing
button.
2. In the
Tasks
panel, click
Configure Automated Receptionist Properties
.
3. In the
Automated Receptionist Properties
dialog box, select the
Callers can ask for a directory of users and
their extension numbers
check box.
4. Click
OK
.
