 attribute = 2 : Spacing Value 0 1 Meaning Monospacing Proportional spacing  attribute = 3 : Pitch Specify pitch in characters per inch (cpi). The pitch value you specify can be in the range 0 to 32767.9999. Pitch only applies to monospaced fonts.  attribute = 4 : Height Specify height in points. One point is 1/72". The height value you specify can be in the range 0 to 32767.9999. Proportionally spaced fonts are scaled according to the height you select.
