To increase the rebound damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (a). To decrease the rebound damping force, turn the adjusting knob in direction (b). TIP The damping forces will not decrease past the minimum levels even if the adjusting knobs are turned out more than the minimum settings. ESU10936 Adjusting the spring preload of the center shock absorber and the rear torsion springs The spring preload can be adjusted by turning the adjusting ring (PZ50 / PZ50GT / PZ50MT / PZ50VT) or adjusting nut (PZ50RT) on the center shock absorber and the adjusters on the rear torsion springs. Rebound damping force
The rebound damping force of each shock
absorber can be adjusted by turning its re-
bound damping force adjusting knob.
To increase the rebound damping force, turn
the adjusting knob in direction (a). To de-
crease the rebound damping force, turn the
adjusting knob in direction (b).
TIP
The damping forces will not decrease past the
minimum levels even if the adjusting knobs
are turned out more than the minimum set-
tings.

center shock absorber and the rear
torsion springs
The spring preload can be adjusted by turning
the
adjusting
ring
(PZ50 /
PZ50GT /
PZ50MT /

or
adjusting

the adjusters on the rear torsion springs. Ad-
just the spring preload as follows.
