Control functions NOTE: Be sure to make this adjustment when there is no load (rider or cargo) on the snowmobile. 1. Install the special tools included in the owner's tool kit to the 2-up adjusting block. Pull the lock lever and turn the special tools to change the block position. 1. Release the lock lever. ECS00280 CAUTION: Make sure that the 2-up adjusting blocks are installed in the same position on both sides of the snowmobile. ESU11020 G Adjusting the rear suspension compression damping force (PZ50RT) The compression damping force can be adjusted by turning the adjusting screw. To increase the compression damping force, turn the adjusting screw in direction (a). To decrease the compression damping force, turn the adjusting screw in direction (b). G Do not continue to turn the adjusting screw in direction (a) after it stops. The shock absorber can be damaged and damping force adjustments cannot be made. Do not turn the adjusting screw in direction (b) more than 20 click(s). Even if the adjusting screw is continually turned after 20 click(s), there will be no change in the damping force. Be sure to stop the adjusting screw at a position where there is a click. ESU11030 Adjusting the control rods (PZ50VT) The weight transfer can be adjusted by turning the control rod adjusting nut. 1. Loosen the locknut while holding the control rod adjusting nut. 29
